Kid Fun Yoga takes all reasonable care to ensure that its classes are fun and safe; however, I acknowledge and fully understand that my child will be engaging in physical activities that may involve some risk of injury, which may occur as a result from participating in the class. I assume these risks and hold harmless Kid Fun Yoga owners and teachers from any claim, cause of action or liability for damage arising from any personal injury, illness, or other heath issue caused to my child by my child’s participation in any Kid Fun Yoga programs or classes. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician prior to and regarding my child’s participation in yoga classes.
